Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because each painting and palette knife set is made or packaged by hand, all sales are considered final.

That said, I want every collector to feel completely happy with their purchase.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.

  • I’ll work with you right away to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

If your order is lost in transit:

  • Notify me within 14 days of the expected delivery date so I can initiate a claim with the carrier and assist with a resolution.

Color & texture note:

Because of the unique nature of palette-knife painting and varied screen displays, minor differences in color or texture are natural and part of the artwork’s originality.

Thank you for understanding that handmade, one-of-a-kind work requires care on both sides. I deeply appreciate your support and the trust you place in my studio.
